Turning 31!!!

Well, when you get to be this age, you don't really celebrate your birthday the same anymore. The thrill of my day was getting my favorite iced sugar cookies and a card from my husband, along with a card from Addie. Also, I had lunch with Jenn and celebrated our b-day together. She hasn't seen Addie in awhile so I brought her with me. She wore her "I love my Auntie" outfit that Jenn bought her. Scott, Addie, and I are going to Carrabas tonight to celebrate my birthday as a family. We haven't really been out to eat together yet. I have taken her to eat with my parents before and she did Great! She loves to ride~Falls asleep everytime and doesn't wake usually.
This is Addie and I posing before heading off to eat for my birthday.

ADDISON'S ROOM/CLOSET

Here are a few pictures of Addison's room for those of you who haven't seen it yet. It turned out really cute. We both worked hard on this together...he did most of the work though. She hasn't stayed in here yet, but she loves laying and looking at all the colors.

This child will not need clothes for a long time!!!

Hello Everyone!
The new addition to our family is finally here. Addison Grace was born on August 29th @ 10:12am. She weighed 6lbs and 13oz and was 20 inches long. I am really enjoying getting to stay home with her for now. I will have to go back to work after Christmas. I don't look forward to that at all, but she'll have a great babysitter! She really is a good baby. I worry a lot though. Everytime she cries, I wonder what am I doing wrong and what can I do to change it. I've about drove my husband crazy! He says, "Jessica, babies are going to cry!" Anyway, she is a joy, and we are very blessed to have her. I can't believe she turned 6wks old on Friday. She has already changed so much.

I will try to update as much as possible. Since I started this a little late, I have lots of pictures to show. Enjoy!
